do you ship in the US?

We offer overnight shipping on Thursdays and Fridays. Orders must be received by 4 pm Wednesday or Thursday for overnight shipping on Thursday or Friday.

what happens if I cannot pick up my order?
orders not picked up within 48 hours will be discarded and are not refundable

can I place a same day special order?

all special orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance

should the puddings be refrigerated?

yes, all of our puddings should be refrigerated

how should I handle my puddings after pick up

Never leave your puddings in a hot car. Packages received via UPS Overnight should be refrigerated as soon as possible.

dairy free?

all of our puddings contain dairy

gluten free?

we currently have a selection of gluten free flavors including Classic Banana, Bananatella and Fruity Pebbles

nut free?

many of our puddings are nut free, except those that have Nutella

can I order seasonal flavors if they are not currently being offered?

seasonal flavors are made at our discretion and not available for special order when not being offered

can I make a change to my order?

All order cancellations and changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the pickup date. There are no refunds or changes if we are notified less than 24 hours in advance. Orders not picked up within 48 hours will be discarded and are not refundable.

can I exchange or return my purchase once I have picked it up?

upon leaving with your order, no puddings will be exchanged or refunded
